How Agreement Verification Works

Agreement is created on Mtaa Jobs. When a Smart-Gig Agreement is issued using the Mtaa Jobs Agreement Maker, it gets a unique Document ID (e.g. MJ-A3F9K2) and is securely stored in our database.

You receive an agreement. The Document ID appears at the top right of the agreement PDF, and in the WhatsApp message sent when sharing it.

Enter the ID above. Type the Document ID in the search box and click Verify. We check our records instantly and show you all the original saved details including parties, financials, and all protective clauses.

Compare & download. If the details match what you received — the document is authentic. You can also download an official verified PDF copy directly from this page.
